HelpStack is built by the team behind SpaceGuardian — where missing a message was never an option.
HelpStack started at SpaceGuardian, where we build AI systems for satellite collision avoidance and orbital traffic — coordinating communications between satellite operators, where a missed or mistimed message simply isn't an option.
Building that, we kept seeing a smaller version of the same problem everywhere on the ground: small teams and online stores answering customers across email, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and live chat — five apps, endless tabs, and messages slipping through the cracks. The “serious” help desks were powerful, but built and priced for big teams.
So we ported that same reliability-first approach down to earth and built the tool we wished we had: one AI-powered inbox for every channel— with reply suggestions and automatic translation — simple enough to set up in minutes. That's HelpStack, and we run it in our own businesses every day.

Luka leads the company and its direction. With a background in satellite collision-avoidance and orbital-traffic systems at SpaceGuardian, he knows what it takes to coordinate messages where missing one is never an option — and brings that same standard to customer support.

Co-founder & CTO
Jernej builds HelpStack end to end — the shared inbox, the AI reply engine, and the infrastructure that keeps it fast and reliable. As CTO he turns the messy reality of customer support into software that just works.
