How long does setup take?+
Under 15 minutes for your first channel. Connect Facebook and Instagram via OAuth in seconds; email via IMAP credentials. The web widget is a single script tag.
Can I try it for free?+
Yes. The Free plan is permanent with no credit card required. Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial so you can test all features before committing.
What languages are supported?+
Auto-translation covers 40+ languages via Google Cloud Translate. Agents see all inbound messages in their preferred language automatically.
Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and TLS in transit. HelpStack is GDPR compliant and your data is never shared with third parties.
What AI do I get on the Free plan, and what happens if I exceed my limit?+
Free includes 500 AI tokens/month — around 80 resolved conversations you review and send. There's no auto-reply on Free; agents always click to send. When your tokens run out on Free or Starter, AI generation pauses until the next billing cycle or until you top up. Growth and Enterprise get fair-use alerts instead. No hard stop.
